Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHJR 41(RES) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHJR 41(RES) was read the third time. Representative Chenault, who had been previously excused (page 3237), left the Chamber. The question being: "Shall CSHJR 41(RES) pass the House?"
